does Dream Property Sales do?
We advertise and market timeshares for owners that are
looking to sell.

How is this done?
We will advertise your property on our internet website.
We use major search engines to bring prospective buyers
to your property. Your web page will have a color
picture of your resort and all the amenities listed.

What
happens on the web site?
The
website is used to inform prospective buyers about
properties being listed for sale or rent. A buyer/renter
will come to the website and search though our listings.
Once the prospective buyer/renter finds a property they
are interested in they can email, phone, or fax their
interest and make an offer. Once this is done we will
forward the prospective buyer/renter to you to close the
deal.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are never any commissions, appraisal fees or
closing costs to the seller.

How long do you advertise for me?
We advertise your timeshare for 90 days with a renewal
option available for $99.00 for 90 additional days.

What will my web page look like?
You will have an individual web page for your listings. We
will place a color picture and list all of the amenities.
We will also describe your unit with the information that
you provide us. |
What is your refund policy?
You are entitled to a full refund, for any reason, if
you are unsatisfied with your web advertising. Simply
provide Dream Property Sales with the reason for your
cancellation via Phone: 1-800-324-8028, Email, Fax or
Mail. Once we receive your request a customer service
representative will call you back and try to remedy the
problem or set up your refund. All refunds will be
processed and issued within 7 days by the same form
payment was made (Check, Credit Card, etc.).
